Anyone interested in applying for housing will have to submit a new application. Any applications from April 1, 2023-March 31st, 2024, will no longer be eligible. Please submit your new application after April 1, 2024, the applicant is required to provide a new application if any information changes.

The Millbrook Housing Department would like to communicate the following amendments to the Housing Policy:

#1| May 9, 2023 |
If an adequate primary residence is disposed of by the applicant or spouse, they are not eligible to apply for Millbrook housing for one (1) year from the date of the closed sale.

#2 | June 13, 2023 |
Appealing an Eviction policy. Including: Appealing an Eviction, Grounds for an Appeal, Submitting an Appeal and Last Chance Agreement.

A Home within reach: RBC ON RESERVE HOUSING LOAN

A Home Within Reach is a program offered by Millbrook First Nation for registered Millbrook First Nation members interested in applying for a loan for homeownership or for major renovations to a home on reserve.

The loan is administered by RBC and is guaranteed by Millbrook First Nation. This latest program is another opportunity for members to support their individual housing goals.
